Strategy planning ream
The SynTech Research teams from the USA met in Sanger, California, in December 2010 to plan the regional implementation of SynTech’s updated strategy – “Expert Services Delivering Competitive Advantage”.
In particular, the event reflected the company’s major strategy commitment to training and skills development, with workshops and best practice sharing in Study Directorship, GLP, GMO studies and the new InSite Trials Progress Information system, as well as safety and Company Standard Procedures.
